Products are shipped within 2 days of order and will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Full refunds will be given within 2 days of purchase.
Exchanges & Returns: within 3 days of receipt of product. Must send email confirmation of reason for exchange or return. Product must not be worn, washed or damaged.
If the return or exchange is due to customer, customer must pay S&H.
If reason for return or exchange is the fault of Verbiage LLC we will pay the cost for S&H.
If the return is due in fault to Verbiage LLC, we will pay for the S&H. The issue must be brought to the companies attention within 5 days of receipt or purchase.
